Mark Schneider and Michael Steeves join us at the SOLIDWORKS Live studio at 3DEXPERIENCE World to discuss what is different about this year’s Model Mania and what the 3DEXPERIENCE challenge is all about. For 21 years, we have run a contest called Model Mania. It is a design contest where we give you a drawing and ask you to model a part. Once you have modeled that part, we give you another drawing and ask you to make changes to that part and run a quick simulation. We wanted to expand the traditional Model Mania SOLIDWORKS challenge, so we introduced the Model Mania 3DEXPERIENCE challenge.
