Manufacturing is always evolving. Skills gaps are growing, and fewer people are filling the positions that are desperately needed for companies to continue manufacturing goods. Through all the negativity, people are driving for a different outcome. From Titan Gilroy in Episode 3 and Meaghan Ziemba in Episode 4 to Lynnette Frey from SCC, there is a bright future for the next generation of manufacturing engineers.
